If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was received.
